I am beyond grateful for Dr. Charlson's care, knowledge, insights and guidance as well as her human approach. I was a bit lost in the weeds of an eye ailment that had gone off the rails over the weekend and she went graciously beyond the bounds of any expectations with information, explanation and a few online resources. Dr. Charlson is the best doctor I've ever had. I won't go into the saga of the situation I have been experiencing for the past 1.5 years with my eye, but let's just say I've seen SEVERAL doctors, had an invasive procedure done, been on and off antibiotics, done so many warm compresses it should be my part-time job and even had multiple steroid shots in my eyes. Nothing and no one helped me, except Dr. Chalrson. When she got on the case, my eye finally started to improve. She is just amazing. She listens so patiently and always answers ALL questions super-thoroughly. I never feel like I'm wasting her time or bothering her with unnecessary thoughts or questions. She really cares, and she's damn good at her job. I wish she could be my doctor for everything! THANK YOU Dr. Charlson!

Saw me fairly closely to appointment time and apologized for the short delay. Unlike many of my doctors she took time to listen to me which I appreciated very much. Her assistant was particularly Friendly and efficient. I would recommend to friends.

Dr. Charlson did a bilateral eyelid lift to improve my peripheral vision and prevent my eyelids from pressing down on my eyelashes. She explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and , most importantly, the results are pretty spectacular. There was also no real discomfort after surgery. I am quite pleased with my new look.
